For counselling sessions I generally advise 6 sessions as a minimum and aim to meet on a weekly basis. However this is an average and will always depend upon your needs.We will regularly review our work together and longer term counselling is available.

Hypnotherapy sessions will depend on the overall goal and suggest to begin with 6 sessions and review progress from there.

We request payment be made 48 hours prior to your appointment, less than 48 hours notice the full balance will be charged.
