During hypnosis you'll be guided into a relaxed state of heightened focus. This state allows for direct communication with the subconscious mind, where lasting change can occur. Every session is tailored to your individual circumstances, ensuring the work remains person-centred, collaborative and aligned with your goals.

What to expect

Sessions begin with a conversation about what you'd like to achieve and how hypnotherapy works.

You'll then be guided into a comfortable state of relaxation before we use therapeutic techniques that support your agreed goals. Afterwards, we'll spend time reflecting on your experience and discussing any thoughts or observations.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are available in Norton, Stockton-on-Tees.
